    Communities across the U.S. are raising the tobacco sales age to 21 (a policy referred to as Tobacco 21).

    Brian Cody

    Chief Research Officer

    Brian Cody, MA, has worked in program evaluation, design, and communications for the last ten years. Brian’s graduate work was in organizational decision making, and he applies a sociological perspective when assisting clients. Brian works with organizations to implement programs and to increase efficiency and engagement.

    Dano Moreno

    Executive Director

    Dano Moreno, MSW, has more than a decade of experience working in state public health programs. His experience includes program and policy development and implementation. Dano enjoys helping organizations communicate and reach their goals. He has a particular interest in the role of empathy in organizational success.
